आवश्यक सामग्रीपास्ता - 1 कप (100 ग्राम)दूध - 1 कपमैदा - 1 टेबल स्पून मक्खन - 2 टेबल स्पूनकाली मिर्च - 6-7 दरदरी कुटी हुईनमक - 3/4 छोटी चम्मच या स्वादानुसारतेल - 1 छोटी चम्मच
विधिएक बर्तन में 2.5 कप पानी लें और इसे गर्म होने के लिए रख दें। पानी में उबाल आने के बाद, पास्ता को पानी में डालें और पानी में आधा चम्मच नमक और 1 चम्मच तेल डालकर मिक्स करें। पास्ता को नरम होने तक उबलने दें। पास्ता को लगभग 10 मिनट तक पकने दें और चम्मच से पास्ता को हिलाते रहें। पास्ता 10 मिनट में पक जाता है और नरम हो जाता है।
आप पास्ता को चम्मच से दबाकर देख सकते हैं। पास्ता नरम हो गया है। उबले हुए पास्ता को छलनी में छान लें और पानी को बहा दें।पैन को गैस पर रखें और पैन में 2 बड़े चम्मच मक्खन डालें और इसे पिघलाएं। जब मक्खन पिघल जाए तो इसमें रिफाइंड आटा डालें और लगातार चलाते हुए एक-दो मिनट के लिए आटा भूनें। जब रिफाइंड आटा भुन जाए, तो इसमें दूध डालें और हिलाते हुए लगातार मिलाएँ, ताकि गुठली न बने, मिश्रण को लगातार चलाते हुए पकाएँ।
यह लगभग 3 मिनट में गाढ़ा और तैयार हो जाता है। इस गाढ़े घोल में 1/4 टीस्पून नमक, काली मिर्च डालकर मिलाएं। व्हाइट सॉस पास्ता तैयार है, पास्ता डालकर मिलाएं।पास्ता तैयार है, गैस बंद कर दें। तैयार पास्ता को एक प्लेट में निकाल लें। अनुकूलित सफेद सॉस पास्ता तैयार है। गरमा गरम पास्ता परोसिये और खाइये
